Hi, I'm Dani and I'm the person behind The Cotswold Baker.
Baking has been a hobby of mine since a young age and the love and passion for baking has lead me to finding a career as a baker and enjoying every minute - not many people can say they love what they do for a job!
The support and encouragement from family and friends enabled me to transform a passion project into my own business that fits around my two beautiful boys so I can still very much be a hands on Mummy too while also having something I can call my own.
I specialise in bespoke customised celebration cakes and cupcakes for any occasion, which are prepared and decorated with the utmost care, creativity, and a genuine passion for my craft.
